Designation - Executive - MIS
Experience - 1-2 years
Location - Gurgaon, Haryana
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented
MIS Executive to manage our lead flow and CRM operations. Your goal is simple: ensure the sales team always has high-quality leads ready to call, boosting their overall productivity.
You will be the "bridge" between our data sources and our sales callers, making sure no lead goes to waste.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end flow of leads—including initial allocation, reallocation of stale leads, and deallocation when necessary.
- Use tools like Lusha, LinkedIn, Google, and various AI tools to find and fetch fresh lead data from multiple sources.
- Keep the CRM portal clean and updated. You will be responsible for improving data quality and ensuring all records are accurate.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure they receive their data sets on time so they can focus on calling without delays.
- Track lead performance and sales activity using Excel and Google Sheets to help management see what’s working.
Key Requirements
- Excellence Skill in Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot tables, formulas)
- Previous experience managing data within a CRM portal.
- Ability to use lead generation tools (Lusha, LinkedIn, etc.) to build data lists.
- A focus on timely delivery—you understand that the sales team’s productivity depends on how fast you get them the data.
- Good coordination skills to work smoothly with the sales team.
