About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Merchandiser for adidas to manage the full cycle of development and bulk merchandising. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling adidas or international sportswear brands, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution from order intake to shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end merchandising for adidas—development to bulk operations.
- Handle LCOs, PO verification, system uploads, and ERP updates (WFX/Nexus).
- Coordinate sample development, approvals, and milestone tracking.
- Communicate daily with adidas LO/CCDA teams for status updates and issue resolution.
- Prepare costing sheets, BOM, TP validations, and margin improvement proposals.
- Monitor planning milestones (PCD, PSD, PED), production status, and delivery adherence.
- Lead cross‑functional coordination with PD, CAD, QA, Planning, Sourcing, and Factory teams.
- Maintain accurate reports: BR, ATP, sealing tracker, TNA, and development dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality, safety, and 5S standards.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of apparel merchandising experience, preferably with adidas or sportswear categories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion/Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- ERP proficiency (WFX, Nexus).
- Strong understanding of BOM/TP, costing, development lifecycle, and production planning.
- Familiarity with adidas platforms (ATP, CCDA, etc.).
- Excellent reporting & analytical skills (Excel).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- High attention to detail, organized, and deadline-driven.
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
