Job Title: Executive - Executive - Marketing Back Office (GATI)
Education: Graduate

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Assistant with hands-on experience in the export market. The role involves managing customer orders, coordination, and communication through GATi software, ensuring a seamless experience for international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer orders and information in GATi software.
- Act as a point of contact for international clients regarding orders, queries, and service requests.
- Coordinate internally with Production, Merchandising, and Logistics teams for order execution and delivery.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Assist in resolving client concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Generate order status and client update reports from GATi as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service/client coordination within the jewellery export market.
- Proficiency in using GATi software or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of export documentation, shipment tracking, and order management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exposure to jewellery industry operations and export processes is highly preferred.
