About the Role
We are looking for a smart, motivated individual to join us as an Associate Manager – Business Strategy in an entry-level position.
The role offers high exposure and involves working directly with the highly accomplished Founder & CEO to support strategic initiatives, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day execution across the organisation. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in strategy formulation, research, and preparing briefs, notes, and presentations.
- Assist in drafting proposals, pitch decks, business documents, and client materials.
- Track ongoing initiatives, action items, and internal workflows.
- Ensure smooth, structured communication with all stakeholders.
- Manage follow-ups, schedules, documentation, and operational tasks.
- Take ownership of varied responsibilities as required in a fast-moving startup environment.
Required Skills
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Professional and presentable, confident in speaking with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Canva, ChatGPT and other relevant tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, high-performance team.
General Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Eagerness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Willingness to take on broad responsibilities and support the CEO as needed.
- Comfort working in an entry-level, high-responsibility role with strong exposure to leadership.
Job Timing
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (On-site)
- Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Location: New Delhi, India
