Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Naukri Pay is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. This role involves coordinating communications, drafting and reviewing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and preparing presentations and meeting materials. The Executive Assistant will help streamline workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives and decisions. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to support leadership effectiveness and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document organization.
- Candidates should possess demonstrated Executive Support capabilities, such as handling confidential information, preparing reports, and supporting senior leadership in decision-making.
- Candidates should possess the ability to manage Expense Reports accurately, including tracking expenditures, reconciling accounts, and following organizational policies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with executives, team members, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email, calendars).
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Jaipur, handle multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred; a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
