Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Executive Management Assistant. In this position, the Executive Management Assistant will support executive leadership by managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks. The role also includes facilitating communication, ensuring efficient workflow, and addressing day-to-day organizational needs to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules and organizing executive-level tasks
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Executive Support and managing workflow for senior leaders
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to handle correspondence and liaise with stakeholders
- Capability in Administrative Assistance, such as coordinating meetings and maintaining organizational efficiency
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as MS Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
