Job Description
As an Engineer Lab & Mixing, you will be responsible for Ensuring the correct mixing parameter followed by Supplier while mixing our compound on weekly basis at supplier end.
Ensure the material availability at supplier end before going for the audit in coordination with Purchase team.
Prepares, tests, and analyses raw materials and finished rubber products for quality control and R&D.
Key duties in Lab include conducting tests for physical properties using instruments like rheometers, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
You will report to Manager R&D and be part of the R&D team.
- Observe and follow safety rules.
- Understanding of rubber compounding, mixing, and testing methodologies.
- Maintain clean work area (5S).
- Report any non-conformance.
- Diploma in polymer or equivalent required.
- 1 - 3 years of experience
