Title: Executive-Legal 

Location: Hyderabad

Experience – 2-4 Years

CTC – As per industry standards

Role Overview – 

An advocate with experience in property /land cases relating to land laws of Telangana and/or Andhra Pradesh.

A Junior practising under some senior advocate who deal with real estate litigations.

Requirements/Job Description:

1. To handle cases relating to land laws of Telangana and/or Andhra Pradesh in particular and other states in general

2. To handle general civil and criminal litigation

3. To draft and vet various agreements and contracts

4. To draft legal notices, reply notices, complaints, other letters etc

5. To handle Intellectual Property Rights especially trademarks

6. To handle ad-hoc legal and compliance tasks, as necessary.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

Educational Qualification: LLB (3 year or 5 year course)

Experience: 2-4 Years of Post Qualification Experience gained at a leading law firm or corporate or at a litigation office.

Candidate shall be preferably based out of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh and shall preferably be proficient in Telugu.

Skills:

1. Ability to operate in fast paced environment.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Proficient in MS office, especially word and excel
