Job Title: Executive Operations Lead
Reports to: Co-Founders

We are looking for a sharp, energetic, and multi-talented Executive Operations Lead who can seamlessly handle three critical areas in a fast-paced environment: Recruitment, Scrum Master duties, and Social Media. This is not a traditional single-focus role — you will wear multiple hats and be the go-to person who keeps everything moving smoothly while working directly with the Co-Founders every day.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
• Create compelling job posts and publish them across relevant platforms
• Handle end-to-end basic recruitment processes
• Actively search and source candidates
• Poach top talent from the market
• Manage complete interview steps and coordination
2. Scrum Master Support
• Manage projects and tasks in Jira
• Run and facilitate team meetings
• Handle video calls, recordings, and follow-ups
3. Social Media
• Create and post regular content (including video posts)
• Manage day-to-day social media activities
