Position : Executive/Sr. Executive – Land Acquisition
Location: Gujarat
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Renewable Energy Sector
Languages Required: Gujarati, Hindi, and English
Job Summary:
Responsible for land identification, acquisition, and liaison activities for renewable energy projects in Gujarat. The role involves coordination with landowners, government authorities, and ensuring compliance with state land laws and revenue systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate land parcels for Solar/Wind projects.
- Conduct due diligence, including verification of land titles and revenue records (7/12, 8A, etc.).
- Negotiate land purchase/lease agreements with landowners.
- Draft and execute lease deeds, sale deeds, and related documents.
- Liaise with government departments for approvals, NOCs, and clearances.
- Manage land documentation, registration, and record-keeping.
- Maintain relationships with local stakeholders and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Gujarat land laws and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Law, Real Estate, Rural Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in land acquisition & liaison (renewable sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Gujarat land revenue systems and local records.
- Good negotiation and communication skills with ability to interact with local communities.
- Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Willing to travel across Gujarat.
