Role Description

We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position at our Noida location. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and identifying top technical talent, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and supporting the organization in achieving its hiring goals. The role also involves working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for IT and technology-focused roles
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus
• Knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies is an added advantage
