🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3–5+ years in IT Support / System Administration
✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows & business apps)
✔️ Hands-on with Microsoft 365 & Entra ID (Azure AD)
✔️ Experience with hardware setup, imaging & device lifecycle
✔️ Good understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
✔️ Familiarity with ITSM tools (Freshservice, Jira, etc.)
✔️ Knowledge of IT security practices (MFA, endpoint protection)
✔️ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
🎯 What You’ll Do:
• Manage day-to-day IT operations
• Provide end-user support & resolve technical issues
• Handle onboarding/offboarding & access management
• Maintain IT documentation & processes
• Collaborate with global teams 🌍
