Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive - IT role based in Gurugram. The role involves providing hands-on technical support to ensure smooth IT operations within the organization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, administering networks, and maintaining IT systems. The Executive - IT will also collaborate with teams to resolve technical challenges and support the implementation of organizational IT policies and infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for hardware, software, and peripherals
- Knowledge of Network Administration, including managing routers, switches, and firewalls
- Proficiency in Information Technology and IT Operations with a focus on system maintenance and upgrades
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or equivalent (preferred)
