Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) based in Mumbai. The Executive IPR will be responsible for handling and managing intellectual property-related tasks, including patent research, patent drafting, legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role involves providing support in intellectual property protection strategies, managing IPR databases, and staying updated on changes in intellectual property laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in patent research, analysis, and drafting
- Knowledge of intellectual property laws, industry standards, and legal documentation
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage intellectual property databases and filings
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and clear reporting on IPR-related matters
- Ability to stay updated on the evolving landscape of intellectual property regulations and practices
- Educational background in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Law, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
