Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Executive for International Sales and Marketing to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, OH, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing international clients, developing global marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying business growth opportunities. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective product promotion, negotiating with international clients, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. You will also coordinate marketing campaigns, participate in international exhibitions, and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and expand our global footprint.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in International Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research
- Experience in B2B Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Global Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Marketing Analytics, Online Marketing, and CRM software
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to meet business objectives
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-cultural environments
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or equivalent field; MBA preferred
- Flexibility for international travel and understanding of export regulations is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is desirable
