- Manage and oversee the end-to-end claims process across Fire, Property, Jewellery Insurance of business.
- Collaborate effectively with Surveyors and Insurance Companies to ensure fair and timely claim settlements.
- Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and clarity in all claim-related documentation and communication.
- Draft and review claim documents with strong English writing skills.
- Apply accounting knowledge, where required, to support claim evaluations and settlements.
- Maintain a long-term commitment to the organization by consistently enhancing claim processes and department standards.
