Role Description
We are seeking an Executive Human Resources professional for a full-time, on-site role at our facility in Domjur. The role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, overseeing employee relations, designing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include organizing training programs, evaluating HR policies, and fostering a positive work culture aligned with the company’s vision.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes
- Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Compliance requirements
- Experience in Training and Development and Employee Engagement initiatives
- Proficiency in analyzing HR Metrics and creating actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
