Role Overview:
Looking for an HR professional to partner with Sales & Marketing teams, driving performance management, employee engagement, L&D, and R&R.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage PMS cycle & KRA alignment
Drive employee engagement initiatives
Support L&D programs & LMS activities
Execute OD & culture-building initiatives
Handle Rewards & Recognition programs
Manage HR employee lifecycle
Conduct exit interviews & analyze attrition trends
Eligibility:
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
1–3 years HRBP / L&D / HR Ops experience
Sales HR exposure is a plus
