Position Specific Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration
- Demonstrated experience managing end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes (hire to exit)
- Practical exposure to HRMS/HRIS configuration, administration, or system support, preferably in a global setup
- Strong capability in HR data management, including data validation, audits, and reconciliation
- Proven ability to maintain high data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality standards
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis) for HR reporting
- Experience supporting payroll inputs, compensation updates, and personnel changes
- Ability to document processes, workflows, SOPs, and governance controls
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, especially during system build or transition phases
- Self‑driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong collaboration skills to support and interact with global HR stakeholders
- Willingness to take end‑to‑end ownership of assigned operational and system‑related deliverables

Job Description Summary
The Analyst – HR Operations role is part of a global HR team and is responsible for supporting the operation, reporting, and administrative functions required to manage a global workforce. This position plays a critical role in managing and administering day‑to‑day HR activities, workflows, procedures, and tools across the employee lifecycle.
In parallel, the role supports the creation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), which is currently in its early stages of development. The Analyst ensures consistent data integrity, accuracy, and quality across HR systems.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires a self‑motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision while effectively partnering with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage HR workflows and employee records across the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Position at Recruiting stage (including career portal postings)
- Acceptance/Offer Extended
- Decline
- Onboarding
- Active
- During the tenure changes – Change Requests (including Promotions/Managerial Changes)
- Inactive/Termination
- Background verification
- Offer letters and employment contract
- Process Documentation
- Payroll administration
- Compensation revisions
- Maintain high standards of data integrity, quality, and consistency within the HRMS
- Provide HRMS operational and system support to the global HR team
- Support documentation, process updates, and operational enhancements
- Perform additional operational and process‑related duties as assigned
Qualification & Experience Required
- Graduate / Post‑Graduate degree or diploma from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR operations or administrative experience
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills, data presentation, and PowerPoint
