Job Title: Executive – HR Generalist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to handle end-to-end HR operations along with administrative responsibilities. The role requires managing recruitment, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, training support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding) • Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements • Source candidates via job portals, references, and campus drives • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management • Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction process • Maintain employee records and HRMS updates • Track probation, confirmations, and exits (including F&F settlements)
3. Payroll & Compensation Support • Manage payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements) • Coordinate salary processing and resolve employee queries • Handle expense reimbursements and advance settlements
4. HR Operations & Compliance • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence • Maintain attendance and leave records • Support statutory compliance and HR documentation • Address employee concerns and maintain discipline
6. Employee Engagement & Communication • Drive engagement activities and employee initiatives • Draft emails, policies, and internal communications • Act as a bridge between management and employees
7. Office Administration • Oversee day-to-day office administration activities • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination • Handle facility management (housekeeping, maintenance, utilities) • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics • Manage office expenses and vendor payments • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and workspace
Required Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools • Good organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle both HR and administrative responsibilities efficiently
Preferred Qualifications: • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
