Summary -
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing core HR functions while also assisting in finance and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work in a structured office environment.
Please note: This is a multi-hat role where you have to work across different areas of HR and Operations.
Location - Kolkata, work from office
Key Responsibilities -
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
2. Handle employee onboarding, maintain HR documentation, and manage employee records.
3. Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain effective internal communication.
4. Assist in performance management processes and HR policy implementation.
5. Maintain employee databases, office documentation, and administrative records.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
7. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
8. Assist with finance-related tasks including invoice tracking and expense record management.
9. Maintain financial documentation and coordinate with clients and external accountants when required.
10. Demonstrate strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across HR, operations, and finance coordination.
