Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Executive HR and Office role based in Gurugram. The Executive HR and Office will oversee daily HR operations, implement and maintain HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws. This role involves participating in the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, organizing employee engagement activities, and providing administrative support for office management. The position requires effective communication and multitasking skills to liaise between different teams and foster a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in implementing and maintaining HR Policies and managing Employee Relations
- Proficiency in general Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance procedures
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in technology or aviation industries is a plus
