Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeping position located in Indore. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all areas. Key responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, conducting regular inspections, coordinating with other departments, managing inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and responding to guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Housekeeping Operations, Cleaning Procedures, and Facility Management
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff training and supervision
- Ability to conduct audits and inspections for quality assurance and compliance with safety regulations
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing cleaning equipment and supplies inventory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling guest interactions and cross-departmental coordination
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures
- Customer-focus approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, housekeeping management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or entertainment industry will be an advantage
