Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper located in Indore. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met across all areas of the hotel. Responsibilities include managing laundry operations, supervising staff, training team members, implementing organizational practices, and addressing guest requests to maintain high customer service standards. Collaboration with other departments and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laundry operations and related best practices
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Excellent Organization Skills and attention to detail
- Experience in staff Training and development programs
- Ability to manage team dynamics and foster a collaborative work environment
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a related field is preferred
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is an advantage
- Proficiency in using housekeeping management systems is a plus
