Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar for an Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee the daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring that cleanliness and upkeep meet the highest standards. Key responsibilities include managing and training housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory, implementing cleaning schedules, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaboration with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences will also be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in coordinating laundry operations and responsibilities related to housekeeping
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with staff and guests
- Excellent organization skills to manage housekeeping schedules and supplies efficiently
- Experience in leading and training housekeeping teams, fostering growth and maintaining standards
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and commitment to high-quality service
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management is desirable
- Flexibility to work on-site full-time in Jalandhar
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is an advantage
