Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Housekeeper role based at Miraj Entertainment Ltd. in Wadala. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee all housekeeping operations, including maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across cinema and related facilities, supervising housekeeping staff, and ensuring all areas are guest-ready at all times. Daily responsibilities include assigning duties and schedules, inspecting rooms and public areas, coordinating laundry and linen operations, and managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. The role involves training and mentoring team members, implementing standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and sanitation guidelines. The Executive Housekeeper will also collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to address guest feedback, support special events, and deliver a high-quality cinema experience.
Qualifications
- Strong housekeeping and laundry management skills, including oversight of cleaning standards, linen operations, and hygiene protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management.
- Proven organization skills, including scheduling, task prioritization, inventory control, and documentation.
- Experience in team training, coaching, and performance monitoring for housekeeping staff.
- Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a senior housekeeping role in hospitality, cinemas, or related industries.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, safety procedures, and local health and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak show times as required by cinema operations.
