The Executive Housekeeper will oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and comfort in all guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include managing a team of housekeeping staff, implementing training programs, maintaining organization and inventory, and delivering excellent customer service. The Executive Housekeeper will also ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laundry and housekeeping operations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage schedules, inventories, and team assignments efficiently
- Experience in Training staff to uphold high service and cleanliness standards
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
