Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for an Executive in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Business Loans, based in New Delhi. The role involves new client sourcing through data calling , networking , assisting clients in understanding loan offerings, managing loan application processes, and providing exceptional customer service. Interns will liaise with financial institutions, analyze loan options, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain client-focused communication. The role also includes supporting client outreach initiatives and staying updated on industry trends and loan products.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Business Loans.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage loan processing and documentation.
- Basic understanding of financial regulations and market trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Background in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about the financial and real estate sectors.
- Satarting Salary 15000 INR per month plus lucrative incentives .
