<strong>Companionship and Social Interaction: </strong>Offer companionship, conversation, and daily routine structure</li>
<li>
<strong>Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): </strong>Support with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)</li>
<li>
<strong>Meal Preparation and Transportation: </strong>Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands</li>
<li>
<strong>Medication Reminders: </strong>Provide medication reminders and safe transfers</li>
<li>
<strong>Health Monitoring:</strong> Keep accurate care notes and report concerns</li>

<strong>Requirements:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>At least 19 years of age</li>
<li>Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & auto insurance</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks</li>
<li>Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team. </li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check </li>
<li>Empathy for others, strong reliability, and a professional demeanor</li>
<li>CNA preferred, CPR and First Aid a plus.</li>
<li>Fluent English. </li>
<li>Must have a smartphone to use the <strong>WellSky</strong> app for timekeeping.</li>
