<strong>Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):</strong><ul>
<li>Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.</li>
<li>Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Medication Reminders:</strong><ul>
<li>Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.</li>
<li>Support clients in managing their medication routines.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Meal Preparation and Nutrition: </strong><ul>
<li>Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.</li>
<li>Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Companionship and Social Interaction: </strong><ul>
<li>Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.</li>
<li>Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Health Monitoring:</strong> <ul>
<li>Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.</li>
<li>Document care provided and any notable observations.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred </li>
<li>Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team. </li>
