Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Hiring Specialist. The role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent for executive and specialized positions within the organization. Responsibilities include developing effective recruitment strategies, conducting candidate outreach, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong communication with potential hires. The specialist will act as a strategic partner in ensuring placements align with organizational objectives and culture while supporting hiring teams and executives throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate candidate data and assess fit with organizational needs
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interaction with candidates and hiring teams
- Customer Service experience to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Proficiency in Sales to attract, convince, and secure top talent for specialized and leadership roles
- Strong Research skills for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
