We are looking for a dynamic and proactive growth & collaborations executive to support strategic partnerships, business development, and collaborative projects. This role involves building relationships with healthcare stakeholders, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring successful execution of collaborative programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership development:
- Identify and onboard hospitals, healthcare brands, startups, and industry partners for VOH initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and explore new collaboration opportunities.
- Growth strategy & execution:
- Assist in planning and implementing growth strategies for events, memberships, and digital platforms.
- Support lead generation and conversion for VOH programs and services.
- Event & project coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of conferences, webinars, and networking events.
- Coordinate with partners for sponsorships, speaking engagements, and joint campaigns.
- Market research & analysis:
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in healthcare.
- Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Communication & relationship management:
- Draft proposals, presentations, and partnership decks.
- Represent VOH in meetings, calls, and industry forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles, preferably in the healthcare or events industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare collaborations or event partnerships.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
