We’re Hiring: UI/UX Designer Trainee (Graphic + UI/UX)
Qube Health is seeking a creative, driven UI/UX Designer Trainee to join our fast-growing team. If you love blending design, creativity, and user experience—this role is for you!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Be part of campaign strategy discussions with Social Media, Brand, and Product teams
- Conceptualize creative ideas using research and design inspiration
- Design engaging creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), websites, and emailers
- Create wireframes, user flows, and intuitive UI screens
- Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, colors, and layouts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand user behavior and improve experiences
- Continuously suggest improvements to enhance campaign performance and product usability
- Assist in usability testing and optimizing designs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (English Medium)
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Proficiency in Figma for UI design
- Comfortable using Canva
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and user research
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus
- 6+ months of relevant experience (internship included)
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
