Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute visual communication for our fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in skincare and makeup. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's visual identity across all platforms, driving design innovation while ensuring aesthetic consistency and commercial appeal.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution
- Design visually appealing creatives for campaigns, product launches, offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Adapt existing campaign concepts into multiple platform-ready formats.
E-commerce & Performance Creatives
- Create banners, landing page assets, marketplace creatives, and website visuals.
- Design engaging creatives for social media ads, emailers, CRM campaigns, and app/web promotions.
- Support performance marketing teams with conversion-focused creatives.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the brand, marketing, and platform teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
- Coordinate with different teams
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality.
Trend & Market Awareness
- Stay updated with beauty, fashion, and social media design trends.
- Research competitor creatives and contribute fresh visual ideas.
- Experiment with new design styles and formats relevant to beauty consumers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for digital platforms and e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc. is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of AI generative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, etc
