About the Company :
IKF is looking for a dynamic, confident, and people-oriented individual to join our
growing AI Consulting ; Business Development team. As a Sales & Marketing
Executive for our AI Workshops ; Masterclasses vertical, you will play a key role in
taking IKF’s AI learning initiatives to the market. From corporate leadership workshops
to open masterclasses, you will help businesses and professionals discover how AI can
transform the way they work.

What You will Do ?
Corporate Outreach & Business Development
Reach out to companies, HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers to
introduce and pitch IKF’s AI workshop and masterclass programs
Generate quality leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and
referrals
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with proper follow-ups and next
actions
Client Coordination & Relationship Management
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workshop formats and
solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
Build strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients
Proposal & Sales Coordination
Prepare and send professional proposals, program details, and workshop
information on behalf of the leadership team
Follow up consistently until bookings are confirmed, dates are finalized, and
event logistics are aligned
Assist in managing workshop registrations, attendee communication, and pre-
event coordination
Event Workshop Management
Coordinate open masterclass registrations and manage seat availability
Ensure smooth participant communication before and after events
Represent IKF at networking events, industry meets, corporate gatherings, and
business communities to generate leads and partnerships
Marketing & Lead Generation Support
Collaborate with the performance marketing and email marketing teams to
support lead generation campaigns
Stay updated with AI trends, workshop topics, and industry developments
Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies, engagement, and workshop
participation
Requirements
0 to 3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, workshop
coordination, event management, marketing, or B2B outreach
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Non-negotiable )
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with confidence in professional
conversations
Ability to communicate clearly with business owners, corporate leaders, and
senior executives
Organized and capable of managing multiple clients, events, and follow-ups
simultaneously
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach
Comfortable understanding and discussing AI concepts in a business context
Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejections positively
Preferred Skills
Confident communication in Hindi and Marathi will be an added advantage
Prior exposure to corporate sales, B2B outreach, workshop coordination, event
management, or business development is preferred
Basic familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, email marketing platforms,
and pipeline tracking
Ability to independently draft professional proposals, emails, and follow-up
communication
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts will be an added advantage
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
MBA, BBA, or marketing-related education is preferred
