Position: Finance ExecutiveJob SummaryThe Finance Executive will manage daily accounting operations, monitor collections, maintain reconciliations, and ensure compliance with financial and statutory requirements. The role also includes coordination with internal teams for claims verification and reporting.
Key Responsibilities1. Collections Tracking & Bank Reconciliation- Download and review daily bank statements
- Record collection entries in ledgers
- Knock off outstanding invoices against payments
- Track and follow up on pending collections
2. Secondary Claims Management- Verify accuracy of secondary claims
- Coordinate with ABL/BDL teams for discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking
3. Creditors Aging & Reconciliation- Prepare creditors aging reports
- Conduct vendor reconciliations
- Ensure MSME compliance in vendor payments
4. TA/DA Processing- Verify employee travel (TA) and daily allowance (DA) claims
- Ensure compliance with company policies
5. D2C Sales Accounting & GST Reporting- Record D2C sales and collections
- Reconcile sales and receipts
- Prepare data for GSTR-1 filing
Required Skills- Strong accounting and ledger management knowledge
- Experience in bank reconciliation and collections
- Understanding of GST compliance (GSTR-1)
- Vendor reconciliation and aging analysis skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools (Tally/ERP)
Qualifications- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
