Role Description The Executive – Export Lead Generation & GTM Activities is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and qualifying international prospects, building lead lists, and managing outreach to generate export opportunities for Jupiter’s products. The executive will support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by researching target markets, mapping customer segments, and coordinating with sales and marketing to design and execute campaigns. Daily responsibilities include managing export inquiries, preparing and tracking export documentation, coordinating with logistics partners and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role also includes maintaining CRM records, preparing periodic sales and pipeline reports, and contributing insights to refine export strategy and GTM plans.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of export operations, including Export, Import Export, and International Trade processes.
- Hands-on experience with Export Documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping and customs documents.
- Proven Sales aptitude, with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up in B2B or industrial markets.
- Ability to support GTM activities, including basic market research, competitor analysis, and coordination with marketing and sales teams.
- Good understanding of logistics, Incoterms, and international payment terms (e.g., LC, advance, credit terms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple inquiries and documentation in parallel.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with international customers and partners.
