Executive – EV & Authorization (US Healthcare RCM)
Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office)
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

About the Role
We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in Eligibility Verification (EV/BV) and Prior Authorization within the US Healthcare RCM domain. This role is critical in ensuring accurate insurance validation and timely authorization, directly impacting claim success and revenue cycle efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Eligibility Verification (EV/BV)
- Perform insurance verification through payer portals and outbound calls
- Validate eligibility and benefits including deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, and coverage details
- Work across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plans (HMO, PPO, POS)
- Update patient insurance details accurately in the system
Prior Authorization
- Process prior authorization and pre-certification requests
- Follow up with insurance companies and provider offices for approvals
- Handle pending cases, denials, and re-submissions
- Ensure turnaround time to avoid billing delays
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare, EV/BV, or Authorization
- Strong understanding of insurance verification and payer guidelines
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers
- Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS (preferred)
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in night shift
