Key Responsibilities
- Operation & Maintenance of utility systems( like HVAC, Water System, Refrigeration system, Air Compressor, PSA Nitrogen, Cooling Tower, Boiler, DG Sets etc.) as per SOP.
- Maintenance of Plant Machinery as per SOP.
- Knowledge about GMP documentation
- Take care of day to day engineering activities (like routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, modification) in plant & utilities.
- To provide training to subordinates.
- To attend all trainings according to job role.
- Revenue & Capex budget preparation taking and control.
- To participate in vendor & regular audit.
- To carry out change control, unplanned & planned deviation, CAPA review report, document retention, audit response, review of SOP.
- Preparation, execution, & review of HVAC & Utility qualification activity & documents.
- To provide engineering support for equipment qualification of plant & Machinery.
- Compliance to Safety Procedures, cGMP & SOPs
- To maintain the documents of Maintenance work as per the requirement
- Coordination & follow up with purchase department, supplier for procurement of spares, maintain inventory and service related to maintenance & projects.
- To Carry out & ensure the PEST control activities at site as per SOPs
- To ensure housekeeping in respective areas.
- To indent & maintain engineering inventory
