Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Executive Engineer to join our team and support operations for a prestigious client site in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, MEP operations, and facility management. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting skills, preventive maintenance planning, and the ability to supervise technicians while ensuring smooth day-to-day facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and MEP systems.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment faults to minimize downtime.
- Monitor the performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, DG sets, electrical panels, and other facility equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and client representatives.
- Supervise technicians and allocate maintenance tasks effectively.
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and equipment documentation.
- Ensure uninterrupted facility operations and timely closure of maintenance issues.
Required Qualifications
- ITI in Electrical or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, MEP Operations, or Building Maintenance.
- Experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, IT parks, hospitals, or similar facilities will be preferred.
