Role Description The Executive Education Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for guiding prospective and current learners through AlfaDUX’s executive education pathways. This role involves advising senior professionals on suitable DBA, Executive MBA, and Global MBA programs, clarifying admission requirements, and helping applicants align their educational choices with career goals. The Advisor will conduct consultations via meetings, calls, and digital channels, manage inquiries, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with partner institutions, supporting applicants through the application and enrollment process, and ensuring a high-quality advisory experience that reflects AlfaDUX’s premium positioning. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to provide feedback on learner needs and contribute to continuous improvement of offerings and communication.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Educational Consulting and Consulting to advise senior professionals on executive and postgraduate programs.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently with C-suite executives and experienced professionals.
- Background or strong interest in Education, executive learning, or higher education pathways.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, build long-term relationships, and ensure a high-quality advisory experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, education, counseling, or a related field.
- Experience in executive education, higher education counseling, or professional program advisory is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and use CRM and communication tools effectively.
- High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and cultural sensitivity when working with a global and diverse learner base.
