Role Description
we're looking for a seasoned editorial leader to join the CMO's office in a high-impact, cross-functional role. This is not a traditional editorial position, it's a strategic leadership mandate at the intersection of content, brand, and growth.
What you'll own:
📌 Editorial vision & strategy across all brand and content initiatives
🤝 Building and managing strategic alliances & partnerships
💡 Conceptualizing and scaling proprietary IPs
🌍 Driving editorial direction for global expansion markets
🎯 Working in close partnership with the CMO to align editorial output with brand and business goals
Who we're looking for:
- 12–18+ years of experience in editorial leadership, content strategy, or media/publishing leadership roles
- Proven experience building partnerships, IPs, or content-led growth engines
- Comfort operating at a leadership table, this role reports directly into the CMO
- Global outlook, with experience or exposure to scaling content/editorial functions across markets
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate editorial vision into business impact
