𝐌𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 (𝐂𝐖𝐂) 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, a purpose-driven Section 8 organization and part of a global movement proudly rooted in Silicon Valley and now growing strong across India. The organization is seeking an 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 to lead us into our next exciting phase of national growth. As Chairman, I, 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐢, along with our Managing Director 𝐖𝐠 𝐂𝐝𝐫 𝐕.𝐊. 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐚, are personally invested in finding the right leader to carry this mission forward.
This isn't a conventional leadership role. It's an opportunity to be at the heart of a mission, where strategy meets purpose, and where your work creates real, measurable impact on the lives of Seniors, Children, Women, and Youth across India.
🌍 You'll work directly with our globally connected Board and Silicon Valley advisors, representing CWC on national and international stages while driving partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and CSR networks.
💚 You'll lead end-to-end wellness programs that our team pours their heart into every single day, programs that are changing how communities think about preventive health and lifestyle transformation.
🤝 You'll build and grow relationships with donors, HNIs, and change-makers across India and beyond, creating a diversified resource base that sustains and scales our mission.
📈 You'll have the opportunity to shape the Foundation's roadmap, mentor a passionate multidisciplinary team, and ensure financial integrity and compliance as we grow.
✨ We're looking for someone with a strong moral compass, strategic clarity, and a genuine heart for wellness and community impact. Someone who sees leadership not just as a title, but as a responsibility.
You bring 20–25 years of experience, ideally from education administration or NGO leadership, a Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred), a proven fundraising track record, and a deep understanding of women and child health and education frameworks.
