Position: Executive Director – Operations & Security

Role Overview:We are seeking a senior leadership professional to take charge of group-level operations, security, administration, and asset management across all GT Mall properties.
This role will function as a strategic leader, driving operational excellence, governance, risk management, and financial discipline across multiple high-value commercial assets.
Preference will be given to Ex-Army Officers / Retired IAS / IPS officers with strong administrative and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Group-Level Operations Leadership:
- Provide strategic oversight of operations across all GT Mall assets.
- Security & Risk Management:
- Lead overall security strategy and implementation
- Establish SOPs, audits, and emergency response systems
- Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory authorities
- Asset & Facility Management:
- Oversee engineering, maintenance, and infrastructure performance
- Ensure efficient execution of AMCs and technical services
- Maintain high operational standards across properties
- Financial Oversight & Collections:
- Monitor rent and CAM collections across assets
- Ensure timely billing, recovery, and financial discipline
- Vendor & Contract Management:
- Lead vendor selection, negotiations, and performance monitoring
- Ensure strong SLA adherence and accountability
- Tenant & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and partners
- Ensure seamless operational experience across all malls
- Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, and audit requirements
- Maintain reporting systems and operational dashboards
- Team Leadership:
- Lead large multi-functional teams across locations
- Drive a culture of discipline, efficiency, and accountability
Eligibility Criteria:- Preferred: Ex-Army (Colonel & above) / IAS / IPS / Senior Government Officers
- Experience: 15–25 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-location operations
- Strong administrative, governance, and crisis management capability
