Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Executive – Digital Content Operations will oversee the planning, creation, and execution of digital content across various platforms. The day-to-day responsibilities include managing content strategy, producing high-quality written and web content, leveraging social media channels to amplify reach, and ensuring effective communication within teams and with external audiences. This role also involves analyzing content performance and optimizing strategies to achieve business goals.
Job Description
- Manage and process digital content across formats such as books, journals, manuscripts, and training materials
- Perform content review, formatting, tagging, and quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams (editorial, production, QA) to ensure smooth content workflows
- Ensure content meets platform-specific guidelines and publishing standards
- Handle content ingestion, validation, and metadata management
- Identify and resolve content-related issues, inconsistencies, or errors
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of digital assets
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives within content operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Publishing, English, Journalism, or related fields)
- 1–2 years of experience in digital content operations, publishing, or content management
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), XML/HTML, or digital publishing workflows is a plus
- Good understanding of academic or publishing content structures (books/journals/manuscripts)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools is MANDATORY (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
