Role Overview
The Executive – CRM will be responsible for managing and executing outbound CRM communication across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications. The role focuses on driving customer retention, repeat purchases, and engagement through lifecycle campaigns and personalized communication. The position plays a key role in improving CRM-attributed revenue, optimizing customer journeys, and ensuring seamless campaign execution across channels in a fast-paced D2C/e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute monthly CRM calendars across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push channels; manage lifecycle journeys including Welcome, Cart Abandonment, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back campaigns.
- Track CRM KPIs, run A/B tests, and analyze campaign performance to improve engagement, conversion, and repeat purchases.
- Write engaging CRM copy, coordinate with design teams for creatives, and maintain campaign content libraries.
- Manage campaign execution, audience segmentation, reporting, database hygiene, and DLT/WhatsApp compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention Marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, Klaviyo, Netcore, or similar tools
- Strong copywriting, communication, and analytical skills
- Understanding of segmentation, campaign reporting, and A/B testing
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign performance tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
