Role Description The Executive Corporate Relations – Andhra Market role is a full-time position based in Serilingampalli with a hybrid work model, allowing some flexibility for work from home. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and organizations across the Andhra market, promoting Yashoda Hospitals’ services and healthcare programs. Responsibilities include identifying new corporate business opportunities, coordinating corporate health check-ups and medical camps, and supporting negotiations and agreements with corporate partners. The executive will track and analyze market trends, prepare periodic business performance reports, and collaborate with internal clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate clients. The position also requires regular field visits, stakeholder meetings, and effective communication to strengthen Yashoda Hospitals’ presence in the region.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate corporate client requirements, and monitor business performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with corporate stakeholders, present proposals, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand pricing structures, corporate contracts, and revenue implications.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive corporate client acquisition, manage lead pipelines, and achieve business targets.
- Candidates should possess Business Development skills to expand the corporate network, build long-term partnerships, and grow the Andhra market portfolio.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, corporate relations, or B2B client management will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, are beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage field visits across the Andhra market, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
