Job Title: Executive - Corporate Relations and Employee Volunteering
Location: Bengaluru, India

Roles and Responsibilities
Corporate Relations, Reporting, and Compliance
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to secure funding and resources for programs.
· Identify and propose CSR partnership opportunities that align with corporate objectives and the NGO's mission.
· Develop tailored proposals, MOUs, and presentations for potential corporate donors.
· Collaborate with corporate CSR teams to co-create impactful initiatives that meet shared goals.
· Coordinate with internal program teams to ensure compliance with corporate requirements and deliverables.
· Track partnership obligations, ensuring timely submission of reports, financial updates, and acknowledgment letters.
· Ensure CSR initiatives adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and timelines.
· Represent the organization at CSR events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and foster partnerships.
· Build and sustain a robust corporate network through active engagement and communication.
· Plan to meet Fundraising target set for the year
Corporate Volunteering Management
· Design and implement engaging employee volunteering programs that align with corporate CSR strategies and organizational objectives.
· Act as the primary liaison for volunteering events, managing logistics, permissions, and communication.
· Collaborate with internal teams and volunteers to ensure the successful execution of activities.
· Train and orient employees participating in volunteering activities to maximize impact and enhance their experience.
· Collect and analyze volunteer feedback to refine program design and delivery.
· Measure the success of volunteering initiatives through surveys, case studies, and other evaluation tools.
· Create detailed post-event reports, including photographs, metrics, and success stories, to share with corporate partners.
General Responsibilities
· Maintain a comprehensive database of corporate partners, volunteering participants, and program impact metrics.
· Stay updated on CSR trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance engagement strategies.
· Contribute to organizational communication materials, such as newsletters, social media posts, and impact stories related to corporate relations and volunteering.
· Support fundraising campaigns, donor events, and other organizational initiatives as needed.

· 2+ years of experience in development sector, preferably in Fund Raising/Volunteering roles
