Job Description
We are looking for a smart and proactive Executive Coordinator who will work closely with the CEO and management team. The role requires strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills to ensure tasks discussed in meetings are executed on time across departments.
Job Role / Responsibilities
• Attend internal and external meetings with management
• Maintain a task / commitment tracker for departments
• Follow up with Sales, Finance, Production, and Vendors
• Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
• Identify delays or issues and coordinate solutions
• Escalate important issues to management when required
• Prepare daily or weekly progress reports
• Maintain clear communication between teams and management
Required Skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up ability
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Preferred Candidate
• 2–4 years experience in Executive Assistant / Project Coordination / Operations
• Experience working with senior management or founders preferred
