Core responsibilities
Client and sales management: Respond to sales inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and develop banquet sales leads.
Event coordination: Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure all event details are captured and communicated to the relevant departments.
Logistics and planning: Prepare proposals and contracts, manage event logistics, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
Internal liaison: Coordinate with internal teams, including catering, kitchen, and service staff, to ensure seamless event execution.
Client relationship and satisfaction: Build relationships with clients, address concerns, and follow up on client feedback to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
